Future of software development
From a sentence
to a system.
Describe the app you need. A team of AI agents plans it, builds it on a real machine, catches its own errors and ships it live.
Replay, sped up · the real run took 8m 23s
An animated replay of Paddlewheel building studio bookings in Plan mode: a research agent gathers references, a task agent writes tasks with acceptance criteria, the coding agent builds each one in a sandbox, catches a failing build and fixes it, then the app is committed, deployed and promoted to production.
In Plan mode a research agent gathers references, a task agent turns your idea into tasks with acceptance criteria, and a coding agent builds and checks each one on a real machine. Watch every step, and step in whenever you like.

A machine per project
Terminal, files and a dev server in a sandbox of its own. The agent runs your app and reads what actually happened.

h1Visual edit
Click to change it
Visual Edit rewrites the element’s styles in your source and hot-reloads. No prompt needed for a color or a heading.
Every change is a commit
Compare any two versions, or restore an older one in a click. The agent’s work and yours sit in the same history.
Production is a pointer
Promote any deploy instantly. Roll back by promoting an older one, and every deploy keeps its own permalink.
CNAME → x7k2.connect.paddlewheel.dev
A live address from day one
Every app gets its own subdomain. On Pro and Ultimate, point your own domain with one DNS record and TLS issues itself.
Plugs into your stack
Supabase, GitHub and Netlify are built in, with a catalog of MCP connectors for tools like Stripe, Notion, Linear and Resend.
Ownership
Connect your accounts. Keep what you build.
Your database
Connect Supabase and your database is created inside your own Supabase organization.
Your hosting
Connect Netlify and every deploy lands in your own account. Skip it and we host the app for you.
Your code
Connect GitHub for a private repository that stays in sync both ways.
Your domain
Point your own domain at the app with one DNS record. TLS issues itself.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. Describe what you want in plain words and answer the agents' questions when they ask. If you do code, the terminal, the files and the full git history are all there.
How long does a build take?
Most first builds take 3 to 10 minutes in Plan mode, which researches and plans before it writes code. Quick mode skips the planning and builds in one pass. Either way you can watch every step, and stop it at any point.
What does it build with?
Next.js with TypeScript, Tailwind and shadcn/ui. When your app needs a database and sign-in, connect Supabase and the agent sets it up in your own Supabase organization.
How is this different from Lovable, Bolt or v0?
Paddlewheel's agents work on a real machine: they run the build, read the actual error output and fix it before anything ships. Every change is a commit you can compare and restore, production is a pointer you can move back, and your database, hosting, code and domain can live in accounts you control.
What do I own?
Your code, and every account you connect. Supabase projects are created in your organization, deploys go to your Netlify account once it's connected, and GitHub keeps a private repository in sync.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Organizations come with owner, admin and member roles, invitations, and projects you can share with viewers or editors.
What's free?
The Free plan includes 2 projects, 4 credits a day, 45 minutes of sandbox time a day and 3 publishes a day, with a free subdomain for every app. No credit card.
So, what do you want to build?
Type it here. Sign up free, and it’s waiting for the agents when you land.
