What's a credit?

One message to the agents. Free includes 4 a day, up to 30 a month. Pro includes 15 a day and Ultimate 35, with no monthly ceiling. A day's credits don't carry over to the next.

What happens when I run out?

The agents stop taking new messages until the next day's credits arrive, or until you add a credit pack or move up a plan. When a day's sandbox time is used up, the project's machine pauses until 00:00 UTC. Nothing is deleted, and the apps you've deployed stay online.

How do credit packs work?

A pack adds credits to your organization on any plan: from $5 for 15 to $40 for 250. Your plan's daily credits are spent first, then the pack's, and credits from a pack keep for 730 days.

Do I pay for each product?

No. There's one plan for the organization, and none of the 5 products is sold on its own. Builder is open to everyone today; Office, Track, Pages and Design are in early access, switched on one organization at a time.

What does paying yearly save?

Pro is $180 for the year, which is $15 a month and 21% less than paying monthly. Ultimate is $468 for the year, which is $39 a month and 20% less than paying monthly. A yearly plan is paid once, up front.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, from your organization's billing settings. Moving up happens right away, and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down happens at the end of the period you've already paid for.

What happens to my apps if I move down a plan?

They stay online. Projects beyond the new plan's count get seven days, then become read-only: you can open and export them, but the agents won't build in them until you move back up. You choose which projects stay active. A custom domain beyond the plan's count is paused after seven days, and the app keeps its free address.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan needs no card.
