Office
Early accessOne office for your team and your agents.
Every project has an office. The agents are at their desks, and each desk's screen shows what that agent is doing right now. Bring your team in, walk up to someone and talk.
A project's office, with its agents, is open to everyone today. Sharing an office with your team, and everything marked early access below, is switched on one organization at a time.
Calling an agent into a huddle is in early access, on the Ultimate plan.
The floor
See who's working on what. Agents included.
Agents at their desks
While an agent works, its monitor is lit. Click it to read what the agent just did: the commands it ran, the files it changed, the tests that passed.
Ask the Lead, right there
Walk up to the Lead and say what you want built. It goes into the project's chat, and the team gets moving.
Know who's around
See who's online, where they are and what time it is for them. Wave, and they can walk right over.
Voice
Walk up and talk. Walk away and it fades.
Voice when you're near
Get within a few steps of someone with your mic on and you can talk. The closer you stand, the clearer they sound.
Rooms with doors
In a meeting room or a huddle, everyone inside hears everyone inside, and nobody outside hears a thing. Lock the door, and people knock.
Notes, written for you
Talk with an agent in a huddle, or turn on AI notes in a meeting, and a page lands in Pages with the summary, the decisions and the action items. Everyone in the room sees that notes are on.
Your corner
A desk of your own, and things to do at it.
Your desk
Pick a desk and it's where people look for you. They can leave a note there, or a slice of cake.
A computer at your desk
A cloud desktop with a browser, a terminal and an editor, one keypress away. Open your app in it, or share it with whoever's standing near.
Whiteboards
Every meeting room has one. Draw together with named cursors, and find the drawing still there tomorrow.
Also
Make it yours. Take a break in it.
Build your own office
Owners and admins can redraw the map: more rooms, more rows of desks, another huddle where it's needed.
A games room
Arcade cabinets with a typing race on real code, a chess table and a leaderboard on the wall. Go-karts in the corridors, if you allow them.
With the others
The room the other four happen in.
Can I use the Office today?
A project's office is open now: open a project and step in, and its agents are there. The shared office for your whole team, voice, desks and the rest are in early access, switched on one organization at a time.
Is there video?
No. It's voice only, and your mic is off until you turn it on.
Can the agents hear me?
Only an agent you call into a room, and only while the call lasts. Everyone in the room sees that notes are on, people who haven't agreed are asked first, and anyone who declines is left out of the transcript.
What happens to an agent's work while it's in a call?
It carries on. The voice in the room is separate from the build, and the agent's desk shows the run still going.
Who can come in?
The people in your organization. A project's office also has that project's agents in it.
Which plan do I need?
The office itself isn't tied to a plan. Voice, calling an agent into a huddle and the cloud desktop are on Ultimate.
What gets said in a huddle turns into issues. They're kept in Track.
NextExplore TrackSo, what do you want to build?
On Pro and Ultimate, every project comes with its office. Type what you want to build, sign up, and upgrade to watch the agents get to work.
