Pages
Early accessDocs and databases that do things.
Pages is where the thinking gets written down: specs, decisions, meeting notes. It's a block editor and a set of databases with formulas and automations, and the agents read and write it like everyone else on the team.
Pages is switched on one organization at a time while we roll it out. Builder is open to everyone today.
The editor
Write together, in blocks.
Type / for anything
Headings, to-dos, toggles, callouts, code, images, embeds and whole databases, all from one menu. Markdown shortcuts work too.
Everyone in the page
See each other's cursors and names as you type. Changes are saved as you go, and an earlier version can be restored.
Ask AI where you're writing
Select some text and ask for it shorter, clearer or in another language, or have it carry on from the cursor. It arrives as a suggestion you accept or discard.
Databases
A table that's also a board, a calendar and a timeline.
One database, many views
Table, board, list, calendar, gallery, timeline and chart over the same rows. Move a card on the board and the table already knows.
Formulas and rollups
Write formulas with autocomplete and a live preview, relate databases to each other, and roll values up across the relation.
Forms
Turn a database into a form and share it with a link. Every submission is a new row.
Automations
When this happens, do that.
Triggers and actions
When a row is added, a property changes, a form comes in or a time arrives: edit properties, add a page, send a notification, call a webhook or create a Track issue.
Ask an agent
An action can hand the row to an agent with a prompt and write the answer into a property. Summarise a lead, classify a bug, draft a reply.
Dashboards
Lay out charts, numbers and linked views from any database in a grid, next to a live view of your issues.
In and out
Your pages aren't locked in.
With the others
Where the plan is written, and where the work reports back.
Can I use Pages today?
Pages is in early access: we switch it on one organization at a time while we roll it out. Builder is open to everyone now, and you can ask us to switch Pages on for your organization.
Can I bring my notes from another tool?
Yes. Import a Notion export and your pages and their tree come across, with the CSV databases in it becoming databases here. Markdown files and folders import too.
What can the AI do in a page?
Improve, shorten or lengthen a selection, fix spelling, change the tone, translate, summarise, explain, or continue writing from the cursor. It arrives as a suggestion: nothing changes until you accept it.
Can agents edit my pages?
Yes, through the same document people edit, so you see it appear live and it's in the page history. You choose who can edit, comment on or only view a page.
Is it a CRM too?
It can be. A CRM here is three related databases, for companies, contacts and deals, with a board, a form and a few automations. There's a template that sets it up.
Can I get my pages out?
Yes. Export any page as Markdown with its images, or as a PDF.
Which plan includes Pages?
That isn't decided yet. While Pages is in early access it isn't tied to a plan.
Some of the best notes start as something said out loud. That happens in the Office.
NextExplore OfficeSo, what do you want to build?
Pages is in early access; Builder is open now. Type what you want to build, sign up free, and it’s waiting for the agents when you land.
